Don’t worry, we have prepared the clear refund & return policy for you. You will have 7 days to return your order with full fund if there is any problem. Just send your information to our email. We will reply you within 24 hours.

Due to the current economic situation and the increasing number of online frauds, and some customers even bought our stamps and then returned fake stamps to us, we have decided to change our return policy. We no longer accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons. We do not support no-reason returns or exchanges. We guarantee that our products are reliable and usable. We guarantee that you will receive enough stamps for your needs. If there is any problem with your order, we will resend or supplement the stamps you purchased. We hope you can understand us, as we want to provide satisfactory service to our genuine customers.
For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues, customers need to bear all the shipping costs, transaction fees, and a warehouse handling fee (20% of your order value, this fee is charged by the warehouse, and the exact amount is based on the receipt they provide). If the order is not shipped yet: 1, the transaction fee will be borne by us if we cancel the order on our own initiative; 2, the transaction fee will be borne by the customer if they request to cancel the order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
